How to reach the operator, how to get the app, how to delete an account and how to report a public show.
Contact
Write to hello@poddub.com. That address reaches the operator, Seats at, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Say which organization you are writing about and what happened; if it is about a public show, name the show's address.
hello@poddub.comHow to get the app
poddub is an iPhone app, and everything a signed-in person does happens there.
Sign in with your work email address: the app sends a code to it and there is no password. An invitation to an organization is accepted inside the app, signed in with the address it was sent to.
The App Store listing is not published yet, so this is the address it will have.
How to delete your account
Open Settings in the app, choose to delete the account, and confirm. Before it runs, the app shows which organizations block the deletion and which would be deleted with the account.
If you are the only owner of an organization that has other members, deletion is blocked until you make another member an owner. Do that in Manage, then delete the account.
An organization where you are the only member is deleted with your account, together with its episodes, its feeds and its files.
Episodes and sources you made for an organization you share with other people stay with that organization.
Your sessions and your personal feed addresses stop working at once, and a confirmation is sent to your address.
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that in the App Store.
How to report a public show
Every public show page carries a report control, on the show and on each episode. You do not need an account to use it; leave an address if you want an answer.
A report reaches the operator and the organization's owners and admins. The operator can hide a reported public show or episode, which takes it off the public feed and the public page.
You can also write to the address above instead.
Policy and terms
The privacy policy names every provider, its region and how long each kind of data is kept. The terms cover the subscriptions, what may be published and who answers for it. Both are linked at the foot of every page.
