Pricing
What a month of poddub makes on each plan, and what it costs in the App Store.
What does a month of poddub make?
Every seat carries 60 minutes of finished episodes a month: about six ten-minute episodes a seat. A release a week, a policy that changed, the memo nobody opened.
Three of the plans
A plan is a number of seats, and every seat brings the same minutes. The counts below assume ten-minute episodes.
- Solo1 seat
6 episodes a month
$4.99 a month
One person, making episodes and listening to them.
- Team 55 seats
30 episodes a month
$24.99 a month
5 people, 300 minutes between them.
- Team 2020 seats
120 episodes a month
$89.99 a month
20 people, 1,200 minutes between them, at the lowest price a seat.
Every plan
The free tier listens and makes nothing; every other plan is a monthly subscription in the App Store.

Before you choose
What the count assumes, what costs nothing, where you pay and who listens.
- About six?
- Minutes are charged when a script is approved, by the length chosen for the episode: a five-minute episode costs five and a fifteen-minute one fifteen. The count assumes ten.
- Before approval
- poddub writes the script and stops. Reading it, changing lines, having it written again: none of that costs minutes.
- Where you pay
- In the App Store, monthly and in your local currency, and you cancel there too. There is no free trial.
- Listening
- It costs no minutes. Members listen in the poddub app or in any podcast app that can add a show by link, each on a private link of their own, and every member takes a seat. A public show is open to anyone and takes none.
How to get the app
poddub is an app for your phone. Sign in with your work email address; an owner of the organization chooses the plan inside the app, and the App Store takes the payment.
The Android app is on its way, for listening first.
