Delete your poddub account
Ask here for your account and its data to be deleted. You do not need the app. We send a code to the address of the account, and nothing is deleted until you enter it and confirm.
poddub is operated by Seats at, LLC. This page is where you ask for your poddub account to be deleted, whether or not the app is still on your phone. You can also delete it in the app, under Settings.
What is deleted
Your account and its sign-in: your sessions and your podcast app links stop working at once, and the account's rows are removed. Every organization where you are the only member is deleted with it, and its teams, sources, episodes, feeds and files go with it. You leave every organization you share with other people.
What is kept
Episodes and sources you made for an organization you share with other people stay with that organization. A report you sent about a public show stays as the operator's record of what was reported, without your account.
If you are the only owner
If you are the only owner of an organization that has other members, you must make another member an owner first, in the app. Until then the page shows the organization and deletes nothing.
Subscriptions
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store that bills it: an App Store subscription in the App Store, under your Apple Account.
