Turn a policy change into a podcast episode your team will hear
Paste a policy or a process that changed and poddub turns it into a short internal podcast episode: an audio briefing on what changed, with chapters and a transcript, on a private feed for your team.
A changed policy, heard
A policy that changed, a new process, onboarding material: the documents people are asked to read and mostly skim. poddub turns the text into a short podcast episode, on a private feed for the team it concerns.
It is an audio briefing in the policy's own terms, read by one narrator or talked through by two hosts, as long as you choose.
Who it is for
The people who announce a change to how work is done: people and HR teams, operations, security and finance leads, managers with a new process to explain. And the people the change is for, who hear it the week it applies rather than finding it in a folder later.
Onboarding works the same way: the handbook a new hire is asked to read becomes a few episodes they can listen to in their first week.
Three steps, in the app
Sign in to the poddub app with your work email address. Everything below happens there.
Paste the change
Paste the policy, or the part that changed, into the app and pick the team it is for. If the change touches several documents, paste each one; an episode can draw on more than one source. Then choose one narrator or two hosts, the language and the length.
Read and approve every line
poddub writes the script and stops. For a policy this step matters most: read the script line by line and correct any wording by hand, since whatever you write is spoken as it stands. Have poddub write a line again if it rambles, and approve it. Nothing is spoken before that.
Publish to the people it concerns
When the audio is ready, publish it to the team the change is for, or to the whole company when it applies to everyone and your role allows it. It reaches that audience in the app and in their private feeds.
What your team gets
A short episode with chapters and a transcript, so the part that matters to someone is easy to find again. Everyone listens in the poddub app, or in any podcast app that can add a show by link, with a private link of their own. It stays private.
The episode's title and summary can be edited, and the feeds show both, so the summary can say where the full text lives. The episode explains the change; the policy stays the reference.
What people hear is what you approved
Every episode starts by saying that its voices are AI-generated. That line is spoken as written; your company can reword it but cannot remove it.
Once a script is approved it is frozen and cannot be edited, so the audio says what you read and approved.
Hear what an episode sounds like
There is no policy episode on poddub's public show yet. Its episodes are poddub's own news, made through poddub: listen to one to hear the voices, the chapters and the pace.
Hear poddub's own showWhat it costs
Reading the script, changing lines and having it written again cost no minutes. Minutes are charged when a script is approved, by the length chosen for the episode, and listening costs none. There is no free trial; a plan is a number of seats, chosen in the app.
The pricing page says what each plan makes in a month.
