Turn your weekly company update into a podcast episode
Paste the weekly update, the all-hands notes or a memo and poddub turns it into a short internal podcast episode: an audio briefing everyone in the company hears, on a private link of their own.
The update everyone should hear
Your company writes more than anyone can read: the weekly update, the notes from the all-hands, the memo about what comes next. poddub turns what you wrote into a short podcast episode, on a private feed for the company.
It is an internal podcast in your own words, voiced by one narrator or two hosts, as long as you choose. People hear it on the way in, on a walk or between two meetings. Catching up doesn't need a desk.
Who it is for
Founders, chiefs of staff and whoever writes the internal update every week, and the colleagues who read less of it every week: teams spread over time zones, people on the road, anyone who joined after the last all-hands.
An episode the whole company hears on the same day is team building that fits in a coffee break. Beyond work, the same app serves a club or a family with a lot to share.
Three steps, in the app
Sign in to the poddub app with your work email address. Everything below happens there.
Paste the update
Paste the update, the all-hands notes or the memo into the app and pick the team it is for. If each team sends its own notes, paste each one as a source and make one episode from several. Then choose one narrator or two hosts, the language and the length.
Read and approve the script
poddub writes the script and stops. You read it line by line and correct a name or a number by hand, since whatever you write is spoken as it stands. Have poddub write a line again where it needs to, and approve it. Nothing is spoken before that.
Publish to the whole company
When the audio is ready, publish it to the whole company when your role allows it, or to one team when the update is theirs. It reaches everyone in that audience, in the app and in their private feeds.
What everyone gets
A short episode with chapters, so people can jump to the part about their team, and a transcript for anyone who would rather read. Everyone listens in the poddub app, or in any podcast app that can add a show by link, with a private link of their own. It stays private.
Every episode starts by saying that its voices are AI-generated. Your company can reword that line. It cannot remove it.
The same day every week
A weekly update works best as a habit: the same day, the same length, the same voices. Each week, paste the new update, read the new script and approve it, and the episode joins the last one in everyone's feed.
Reading the script is also the moment to catch what should not leave the room. Nothing is voiced until someone approves it, and once approved the script is frozen.
Hear what an episode sounds like
There is no company update on poddub's public show yet. Its episodes are poddub's own news, made through poddub, and they let you hear what your people would hear: the voices, the chapters and the length.
Hear poddub's own showWhat it costs
Reading the script, changing lines and having it written again cost no minutes. Minutes are charged when a script is approved, by the length chosen for the episode. Listening costs no minutes, and every member who listens takes a seat.
