List episodes
Lists the episodes its person can see, with their state, title and any failure; a team or a state narrows the list. Any member can use it and sees what the app would show them. It never changes an episode.

The description an agent is given, word for word. This tool only reads; it changes nothing.

Refusals
A refusal comes back as the tool's result, marked as an error, with the code and what explains it.
This tool has no refusals of its own.
